Tropical Vanilla Protein Drink

Ingredients

  • 150 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml lime or lemon juice
  • 10 ml honey syrup
  • 25–35 g Fiteg² Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 50 ml water (if no ice is used)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. Add all ingredients to a shaker, jar or blender.
  2. Blend or shake. Add a few ice cubes and mix until smooth. If ice is not available, add 50 ml of water instead.
  3. Serve. Pour into a glass and garnish with fruit slices or other preferred toppings.

Notes

  • Vanilla protein is naturally sweet — for a more refreshing taste, you can increase the amount of citrus juice.
  • Honey syrup can be replaced with other sweeteners or flavour additions such as strawberries, raspberries, banana, mango, passion fruit, coconut or peach.
