Delivery FAQs

Orders are delivered either to parcel lockers or by courier

Prices vary depending on your country (the list of countries is provided below). Delivery costs and the estimated time of delivery will be provided at checkout and included in the order confirmation, which will be sent to your provided e-mail address. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that deliveries are handled by third-party partners and we cannot be responsible for any delays they may cause. Is free delivery available?

We offer free delivery for orders that meet the required minimum value in your shopping cart. For the Baltic countries, the minimum is €45.00, and for most European destinations, the minimum is €65.00. Please note that certain regions may require a higher minimum order value for free delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location. For European destinations, it typically takes 2–8 business days after receipt of the payment. International orders usually take 7–14 business days. International shipments may take longer due to customs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your email. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for the tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details, feel free to contact us via e-mail at info@fiteg2.com.

Are there any additional shipping fees?

For international deliveries, customs duties and fees may apply, and these costs are the responsibility of the recipient. The fees vary depending on the destination country. We recommend checking this information with your customs authorities in advance.

What should I do if my order is lost?

We usually send orders to secure parcel lockers, so they should not get lost. However, if your order does go missing, please contact us at info@fiteg2.com and we will help you resolve the situation.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure that you choose the correct parcel locker address while placing the order. In case a mistake is made and your order has not been shipped yet, contact us via e-mail at info@fiteg2.com and we will check what we can do to update the address. If the order is not taken out of the parcel locker, it will be returned to us. In this situation, we will refund the order amount to your bank account (the same account used for payment), excluding delivery costs.

Who delivers my order?

For customers in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania), we offer delivery to parcel lockers via our trusted partners: Omniva and DPD. Courier delivery is provided by DPD. We use DPD for European shipments and DHL for international orders. In some cases, your package may be transferred to a local courier for the final delivery.
