What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items, including any bonus gifts, are intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please be aware that we keep the rights to perform refund payment only after we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. Once the items are received, we will typically process your refund within 3 days. However, please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If your order included a bonus gift, you must return the gift in its original, unopened condition. Should you decide to keep the gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the items.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?
If you return items for reasons other than damage or receiving incorrect items, we will refund only the cost of the products once we receive them back. Shipping costs, including the cost of returning the items, will not be refunded and are your responsibility.
What if I received damaged products?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@fiteg2.com with your order number, photos of the damaged products, and a short description of the issue (Claim disclosed on web page). After reviewing your claim, our support team will send you a link to a shipping label to return the damaged items. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll process your full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days to the bank account used for the purchase. Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned goods.
What if I received the incorrect items?
If you receive incorrect items, please reach out to our support team at info@fiteg2.com with your order number and pictures of the wrong products (Claim disclosed on web page). After reviewing the issue, we will contact you. Primarily, we will offer you to exchange goods.

You can return the incorrect products. We will provide a link to a shipping label for the return. Once we receive the incorrect items, we will send exchanged goods on our costs.
Keep the incorrect items:
If you prefer to keep the incorrect products and the items you received are less expensive than your original order, we will refund the price difference within 14 days to the bank account provided during your purchase, after receiving confirmation from you.

If your order is not collected from the parcel locker , it will be returned to us automatically, we will refund the cost of the products, excluding delivery fees, within 14 days after receiving the returned package. The refund will be processed only after we receive the items back at our warehouse and will be sent to the bank account provided during your original order.
How long will it take for my refund to appear in my account?
Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after we have received the returned items and approved the refund. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank’s processing times.
