Chocolate Protein Dessert

Ingredients

  • 120 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 20 g Fiteg² Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 15 g corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 10 g 85% dark chocolate without sugar
  • 30 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 fig
  • Freeze-dried raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter. Mash the banana and mix it with cottage cheese. Add the egg, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and corn starch. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  2. Bake the dessert. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or divide it into smaller ramekins. Bake at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the topping. Melt the dark chocolate over a hot water bath and mix it together with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Decorate and serve. Spread the chocolate topping over the dessert and garnish with freeze-dried raspberries, berries or sliced figs before serving.
